Join us at The Sound Temple for a nourishing evening of Kirtan Devotional Singing with Musicians Jackson and Marilena who have travelled from far away land to be with us this weekend.
Arrive at The Sound Temple to sip some beautifully prepared Cacao to assist in opening the Heart & Deepening your experience.
The evening will offer gentle, heart opening music supported by the dulcet tones of Jackson & Marilena live. The lyrics and their music, along with the cacao will help to deepen your connection to Self and the Heart Space, that space within you that calls out to you in the middle of the night, that whispers words of wisdom in your ear………….That part of us that exists beyond the body and the mind and beyond all of your day to day worries.
This is a beautiful opportunity to ‘find yourself in love’ for the evening. We will keep the love vibe happening afterward by sharing some conversation, tea and light supper, you are invited to bring along a plate to share in this community of coming together around sound and food.
Jackson & Marilena share music in the form of devotional expression similar to that which originated in India. By travelling through Central America, both Jackson & Marilena have experienced that combining this ancient form of devotion with the drinking of cacao offers us a beautiful opportunity to be more present in our hearts.
Through the experience of listening and singing along with the mantra, our mind gets a chance to unwind and become quiet.
They look forward to singing prayers of the Divine to the Divine, in all its forms. Hand in hand with the special cacao (from Guatemala) it is a powerful practice for us to tune in and to give expression to what is alive inside of us, in this very moment.
