Create Balance and Harmony Using Colour

The health of our chakras is critical to our overall sense of wellbeing . During the month of October, we’ll focus on areas of the body that may feel heavy, stagnant or blocked. We’ll journey inwards and begin to observe any sensations or messages our bodies may hold. Gently, we’ll bring awareness to the flow of energy that reverberates through our bodies and feel into any blocks that may be limiting our critical vibrancy.

Join us this month as we recalibrate our world from within, opening our chakras to realign with a sense of our highest potential.

Here at The Sound Temple, we are blessed to work with some amazing facilitators who bring their gift of meditation and mindfulness to our space here in Perth Hills to share with you.

Meditation is a practice that gives balance emotionally, physically and spiritually and has been proven over and over again to be an incredibly powerful way of manifesting your heart’s desires.

These sessions are perfect for everyone – whether you are about to start your journey into meditation or whether you have felt the benefits of mindfulness and the positive impact it can have on your life and want to commit to a regular practice.

Join us during the month of November as we focus on radiant heart healing. We’ll enter deep into the heart space, bringing loving awareness to our inner being and inviting tender transition and transformation. This will be a month of connecting to the sacred medicine within, creating a deeply nurturing and nourishing experience. You’ll be left with a sense of deep peace, radiance and loving kindness.

We’ll awaken the dreamer within and begin the journey home to ourselves and all that we were born to be.
