How do I claim a refund?
We will gladly refund products that are still in their original sale condition, upon presentation of the original The Sound Temple Shop online receipt.

Please return the full item, along with a short note outlining your request, to:

Please note that delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

How do I exchange an item?
The Sound Temple Shop does not offer direct exchanges. However, you may return your item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
