Your booking and wellbeing are really important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected events can occur in life. If you need to cancel your event booking for a full refund (less the booking fees), then we kindly ask for at least 5 business days’ notice, our booking system can take up to 3 days to process the refund.
If for some extenuating circumstances you need to reschedule your booking, we kindly ask for at least 2 business days’ notice so that we have an opportunity to re-sell your tickets. We will then be able to reschedule your booking to another time (one-off reschedule).
Bookings are able to be transferred to another person prior to each event, but please contact us to let us know the name and details of the person taking your place, so we can update our records.
Alternatively, if an event does not take place and is cancelled prior to the scheduled date by The Sound Temple – due to any external circumstances – then any existing booking/s can be transferred to another event (one-off reschedule), or your booking can be transferred to another person/s.
