How do I claim a refund?
We will gladly refund products that are still in their original sale condition, on presentation of the original The Sound Temple Shop online receipt.
Please pack the whole item, along with a short note with your instructions, and send it to:
The Sound Temple, P O Box 182, Mundaring, WA 6073
Please note that delivery and packaging charges are not refundable for a change of mind refund.
How do I exchange an item?
The Sound Temple Shop is not able to offer product exchanges, however you may return the unwanted item for a refund of the product price and you can then place a new order for the required item. I have received a faulty item, or the wrong item was sent to me
Please contact us by email peace@thesoundtemple.com.au to advise of faulty, incorrect or omitted items to arrange a replacement or refund.
