Our Saturday Sound Sessions are an invitation to step out of our busy lives and into the wildly expansive realm of sound. Through the journey of Sound Healing, our body, heart and soul is opened beyond the ordinary into the extraordinary. We surrender to the unknown, the mystery, the wonder of life, in ALL its precious and humble workings.
At The Sound Temple you will meet a team of wise and wonderous Sound Healers dedicated to the art of creative, beautiful, provocative and transformative sound making. Be transported by alluring soundscapes, created to bring forward your true Essence and Purpose. Our experienced Sound Team draw upon depths of Spiritual Traditions and Ancient Laws of the Universe. Continually guided by the many mysteries of our Great Mother – Mother Earth, our musical composers and alchemists are fully committed to holding sacred space and honouring the True Nature of YOUR Being.
At The Sound Temple you will be taken on a Sound Journey in our beautiful custom-built wooden chamber, which has been purposely designed to ensure that you get the maximum benefits from the resonance created during the sound sessions. Our Temple design is certain to bathe every cell in your body in a wonderous sensation of sound. The vibrations are created from our ancient symphonic gongs and other selected instruments such as Corinthian tubular bells, drums, orchestral grade chimes, crystal singing bowls, chanting and didjeridu.
Whether you are new to the amazing benefits of Sound Healing or have experienced the positive results and would like to continue, these sessions invite you to REST, RELAX and be RENEWED!

Please be there at least 15 mins before 10am.

To Bring: Please wear loose comfortable clothing and wear easy to remove shoes for entrance into our sacred spaces. We also suggest bringing your own water bottle
