We warmly welcome Brenda as an exhibiting Guest Artist at The Sound Temple as part of the Mundaring Hills Open Studio – Art in the Hills.

Brenda is an artist who enjoys working in different mediums from oil paint, pastel to watercolour and often includes her own eco dyed paper for her pastel works.

​Her art describes the variety of the glorious colours and textures found in the Australian landscape and has a soft spot for magpies and red tail cockatoos.

​Brenda describes her artwork as abstract realism, manipulating mediums from transparent to translucent to opaque, to tease the eye of the viewer and create a work of art that is interesting, beautiful and joyful.

Brenda has been part of our team for nearly a decade and we have kept a watchful eye on her amazing paintings and creative talents and finally this year we are honoured to join her in the collaboration for Mundaring Open Hills Studios.

We are very honoured here at The Sound Temple to have Brenda as part of our core team and now also one of our invited Exhibiting Artists here in the Perth Hills.
