In nature, one of the highest vibrations is that of the pink rose, we use this energy during some of our sessions at The Sound Temple to help people feel loved and embraced no matter what they are going through.
This helps with the process of healing as it allows our clients to have their hearts remain open whilst offering them some protection where needed. If we are in situations of overwhelm or uncomfortableness then we tend to take on the gesture of protection.
Over long periods of time we can close our hearts, retract our energy and slump our shoulders forward without even being conscious to this new formed response. The Sphagni Story
Sphagnis are peat moss and plant oil emulsions used externally as a moisturiser to envelop the user in a protective cocoon, helping withstand and protect against outside influences.
Rudolf Steiner spoke of a time when we would need extra protection from external stimuli and influences. He suggested that this protection could be provided by Sphagnum or Peat Moss.
