Karma Yoga for Inner Peace with Meredith Forder
We invite you to join us in The Mandala Room for our regular Sunday Satsang events being held to bring our community members together who would like to explore various spiritual topics.
The topic Meredith will be exploring this month is Karma Yoga for Inner Peace .
What distracts us from inner peace and contentment is our mind’s anxiety, ego and expectations. The ancient spiritual practice of Karma Yoga reduces ego and quietens the mind by offloading expectations and other mental baggage. As a result you become calm and composed, enabling you to handle life’s challenges with dignity, poise and ease.
Meredith Forder will be facilitating at our monthly Sunday Satsang Events.
Meredith is a Vedanta philosopher-practitioner and disciple of world-renowned philosopher Swami Parthasarathy. Meredith has spent 27 years studying and researching the ancient science of Vedanta and how it benefits modern-day health, happiness and wellbeing.
Six of those years were spent at the Vedanta Academy in India, under the guidance and leadership of Swami Parthasarathy. It was here the self-transformation took place.
On conclusion of the Satsang, you are invited to stay and enjoy the company of others for a warming soup supper and cuppa.
